Jessica Lu, ARCT
​​​Piano

Jessica has been playing piano since the age of 7 and completed her ARCT in piano performance with the Royal Conservatory of Music. Later in her years of musical training, she had the privilege of taking lessons with Colleen Athparia. In addition to piano, Jessica has enjoyed playing flute and percussion in her school band. 

Jessica loves working with young students and watching their unique personalities shine through their music. Her goal is to create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel supported to do their best, both inside and outside of lessons. While developing technique is an important part of her teaching, she also focuses on helping students play with expression, confidence, and passion. 

In her free time, Jessica enjoys baking, painting, and reading. You can also find her watching dance performances and exploring other forms of art!
