Nasia is a classically trained pianist who has played the piano for 16 years, starting at the age of 8, and followed the Royal Conservatory of Music curriculum for over 7 years. She has completed level 8 with the RCM program and won numerous medals at district music festivals through the years.
Nasia initially began teaching piano in 2016 with a not-for-profit organization that brought piano lessons to children without access to music lessons and has worked with students from various backgrounds and ages. She is an advocate for encouraging a passion and love for music with her students.
Nasia has always had a passion for all types of music and instruments. She plays the flute and piccolo and has recently begun self-teaching the guitar and ukulele.
When she is not playing or listening to music, she enjoys her time hiking, snowboarding, and reading.
