Ren began her musical journey at the age of 8 - her grandpa was her first teacher and helped her train her perfect pitch. Later on, she started taking voice and piano lessons and is currently studying level 10 piano. She has completed multiple different musical exams along with piano earning honours and scholarships. Ren has also performed at venues such as the Ironwood Stage and Grill, and at Rio Banquet.

She has known her whole life that she is most passionate about music and that is her dream job. At age 15, she started teaching her first in-home piano lessons. Nothing brings her more joy than passing it on to students and she believes those who are passionate and hardworking can unlock their full potential no matter how much talent they have. Music is one of the greatest forms of self expression and a language of its own.

Outside of music, Ren likes to cosplay (often making her own), sew outfits and accessories, play badminton, work out, and go on long walks with friends. She is also a huge cat lover!
