Darren Ancheta, BMus

Darren has been playing the piano for 15 years, and began teaching piano in 2016. In 2023, he
completed his Bachelor of Music at the University of Calgary. Darren enjoys helping his students
foster a love for the piano, and is passionate about seeing his students succeed and grow
musically. He always aims to give fun and engaging lessons that nurture musicality and
diligence.
Outside of teaching, Darren composes and arranges pieces for solo piano. He also loves hiking
with his dog, working out, and gardening.
